Positive Psychology: Therapy & Consulting is a source of support for individuals, professionals, and groups/businesses.
For the individual: Human-beings are resilient and capable of much more than we know. In times of change, transition, or needed growth, you are not alone. As individuals, we reach a point where we sense that change is necessary. Perhaps, we understand what change needs to be made, but are unsure on what to do or how to get there. Perhaps, you are someone that is experiencing a life transition, whether it be related to relationships, military, motherhood, or other significant change that naturally challenges one's identity, purpose, and meaning. You are never alone and there is always support available.
For the professional: Perhaps you are faced with a professional opportunity consisting of a developmental, topical, or systematic challenge. For instance, developmental professional phases (early, mid, late career) and faced with expectations associated with each (e.g., which path is the "right one," required supervision, or professional identity navigation). Perhaps you need or would like to expand your topical knowledge in either the area of suicide risk management or trauma informed care (Dr. Clark is an expert in both). Or perhaps you are in a system that warrants additional, outside, and confidential support to help navigate and consider positive options for growth/change.
For groups/businesses: Consultation and presentations are available to focus on positive psychology, burnout prevention, change management, posttraumatic growth, or strength-based suicide prevention best practices and evidenced-based strategies, including postvention (after a suicide loss),.
